Passed away peacefully at the Sault Region Hospital on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at the age of 83.

Loving father of Darcy Willet and Karen Willet (Bill). Proud grandfather of Heidi Willet, Nora Willet, Josh Willet (Tianna) and Liam Willet. Great-grandfather of Emersyn Willet and Sawyer Willet whom he adored dearly. Predeceased by his parents Lorne and Violet Willet. Brother and best friend of Doug (Sandy) and their family. Dear brother of Ruby (Jerry) and predeceased by Lesley, George, Charlie, Catherine, Harold and Helen. Ira will be remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins ​​and friends. Everyone who knew Ira knew he was a strong man who loved to joke around and always put his family first.
