SuperFriend adds two members to its expert advisory board

Workplace mental health organization SuperFriend has appointed Katherine Kaspar and Maria Falas to its Expert Advisory Board as Partner Fund Representative and Non-Partner Industry Representative respectively.

Kaspar, Managing Director of the Meat Industry Employees Retirement Fund and Falas, Head of Strategy and Life Transformation at ClearView, would act as advisors to the board and management of SuperFriend. .

SuperFriend Managing Director Margo Lydon said she was delighted to welcome Kaspar and Falas to the team, saying they would add a wealth of valuable knowledge in the area of ​​finance and mental health.

“Offering nearly 25 years of experience in the superannuation industry in a variety of management and client contact roles, Katherine will bring a fiduciary perspective to the committee, as well as a unique insight into the worker sector. of meat, allowing him to speak directly to the high-risk member cohort, ”said Lydon.

After several years as a practicing lawyer at Ebsworth & Ebsworth, then Ashurst, Maria Falas will join the committee with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including three years as head of mental health and well-being at ANZ Wealth and Zürich.
